MOTOR FATALITY
• ACCUSED DISCHARGED. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 11. At the Police Court to-day Norman Ah Cliee was charged with negligently driving and causing the death of Ernest Wliitechurch Neale on January sth. The accused was driver of a motorlorry and the deceased a cyclist. The accused was discharged, the magistrate saying that no jury would convict on the evidence.
