WORLD APPEAL

BY SALVATION ARMY MISSIONARY CAMPAIGN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON. March 9. At a great demonstration in the •Albert Hall to signalise the completion of a world appeal for the Salvation Army’s missionary campaign, £12,000 was handed over from Australia to be utilised in the building of Indian hospitals at Marathi and Telegu, and three halls in China. New Zealand’s £SOOO will be divided on buildings in Bermuda and Ceylon. The King has given £25 to the fund for spiritual ministrations.
