SCOTT BEATS GEOKGE COOK. IteuterV Telegram. LONDON, January 27. At Edinburgh, in the British Empire heavyweight championship of 20 rounds, Phil Scott defeated George Cook. Cook was disqualified in the 18th round for persistent holding.
