“PEOPLE’S PARTY” FOUNDED REPUBLICANS INCLUDED. Router’s Telegram. DUBLIN, January 26. It is announced that Professor Magennis, who seceded from the Irish Free State Government Party, is leader of a new political party formed in Dublin, and named the People’s Party. It consists largely of the remnants of the now defunct National Party Its policy is declared to be constructive and constitutional. It is slated that the committee includes several Republicans.
