GREEK CABINET THWARTED. Reuter's Telegram. ATHENS, December 25. Cabinet discussed the result of the municipal elections in Salonika, where M. Patrikios was elected Mayor, although the Government had annulled his previous election on the ground, that he was a CommunistCabinet resolved to combat Communism, and decided, in view of the alleged electoral indifference of the general public, that voting he ■' -upulsory in future.
