VODKA DRINKER’S ALLOWANCE DRUNKENNESS DECREASING. Drunkenness, however, is decreasing under a new rule by which only one bottle of vodka is allowed each person. The sales at the beverage are new approximating 20,000 bottles a day, ana the arrests for drunkenness average 78 a day, compared with several hundred previously, when mbre vodka could be bought.
