A proclamation appoints January 13th as the date for the meeting of the new Federal Parliament, when new members will be sworn in. The proclamation further revokes the proclamation of the existence of a serious industrial disturbance prejudicing the peace, order, and good government of the Commonwealth. The proceedings against Walsh and Johnson followed the issue of this proclamation.
