VISCOUNT ASTOR’S LESSON. Australian and N.Z.. Cable Association (Received December 8, 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, December 8. Viscount Astor was enthusiastically welcomed by his constituents at Dover oa his return from Australia. A torchlight prooession marched from the pier to the Town Hall, where Viscount As tor, in acknowledging his welcome, mentioned that during a tour of 30,000 miles be and his fellow-travellers touched at only two ports not -in the British Empire.
