DOMINION 3 AND THE PACT . STATEMENTS PREMATURE. Beater's Telegram. | LONDON, December 7. In the’House of Commons, Captain G. M. Garro-Jones (L.) asked whether, in view of the fact that nearly nine weeks had elapsed since «the initialling of the Locarno treaties, the Colonial Secretary, Mr Amery, had received a definite answer enabling him to amplify his reply relative to the Dominions’ ratification of the Pact. Mr W. G. Ormsby-Gore, Colonial Under-Secretary, said that communications were still premature to make a statement.
