Garro-Jones (L.) asked whether, in view of the fact that nearly nine weeks had elapsed since «the initialling of the Locarno treaties, the Colonial Secretary, Mr Amery, had received a definite answer enabling him to amplify his reply relative to the Dominions’ ratification of the Pact.
