LAW REGARDING STAMPS
Most photographers are aware that it is illegal to make reproductions of British postal orders, Treasury notes, or even postage stamps. But many traders in search of now advertising devices risk doing so, and a provincial retailer ha? got into trouble through making an enlargement of a testimonial sent to him on a postcard. The reproduction included the stamp, and the postal authorities notified the retailer that lie would either have to remove the card or obliterate the representation of the King’s head, as such representation is illegal.
