A JUDGE AT 82
One of tile oldest judges still in harness, is Viscount Finlay, who has comjdeted Ids 83rd year. The former Lora Chancellor, who lias forgone the pension to which he is entitled, is tho British member of the Permanent Court of International Justice, established by the League of Nations, which sits at The Hague, and which deals with all disputes regarding international law and tho interpretation of treaties. Lord Finlav is the father of one of the youngest of the King's Bench judges, Sir William Finlay, wh6 was promoted toward the end of last year, and who has alrendy upheld the fninily name.
