TIMBERING QUESTION UN- * SETTLED, Per Press Association. GREYMOUH, September 23. The dispute in the State mines over the question of timbering is not yet settled. The union, failing to reach an agreement with the management, has handed the matter over to the West Coast Miners’ Council, which is now in communication with the Mine Department and union headquarters.
