TO WRECK PRINCE’S TRAIN
RUMOURED PLOT IN ARGENTINA METAL IN CYLINDERS. 'Svrtne* "Sun’' Cable.) BUENOS AIRES, September 22. It is reported from Junin that the stationmaster discovered that an engine which was picked up by the Prince of Wales’s train there had been tampered with. ’lhe cylinders were opened and pieces of'metal inserted in such a way that the use of the brakes and the escape of steam would have been hampered. The report is unconfirmed. The Prince' has arrived here from Chile. He“ will leave on Wednesday for Chapadmal Ranch, where he will remain until Saturday, embarking that day on H.M.S. Repulse for England.
