“Tho Publio Service Appeal Board is completing its travels (says the “Public Service Journal* *) and is at the present moment grappling with adjourned hearings for further evidence in Wellington. “When this is complete about fifty Wellington appeals will require to be heard, and on top of that there ore a number of non-promotion appeals. August will therefore he well on the wane ere the aftermath of the 1924 Publio Service regrading will have passed. Interest will then be oentred on the issue of tho 1925 classification list. Once tho board has wound up its heavy task, there would appear to bo no valid reason remaining for its nonappearance early in Septembere’*
