EXPLORER INTERVIEWED. Reuter’s Telegram. NEW YORK, August 6. A message from Arlington Heights, Illinois, says that the first radio interview ever attempted" in communication with the, Arotic was successfully completed on Thursday by the Associated Press, when Lieutenant-Com-mander E. F. McDonald, juhior, with the Macmillan Arctic Expedition, answered five questions. The first question was sent and answered within a few minutes. The Macmillan ’ships are anchored at Etah, 3700 miles distant.
