FLOURMILLING CASE
FIFTH DAY OF HEARING. The fifth day of tfie appeal case in which the Crown seeks to upset the decision olj Mr Justice Sim in the South Island flourmillihg action, where the Crown sought to recover £SOO damages under the Commercial Trusts, Act, 1910, from various flourmilling firms, was continued at the Supreme Court Skerrett. K. 0., and Mr Mi* Myers. K.C., continued their arguments for the respondents, and - had not ooncluded when the court rose. The hearing will be continued today.
