AUSTRALIAN LOAN IN LONDON DEALINGS AT A PREMIUM. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. LONDON, July 22. The Commonwealth loan has been over-subscribed, the total applications exceeding £10,000,000. (Received July 23, 7.55 p.m.) Financial writers express satisfaction at the heavy over-subscription of the Australian loan. It is asserted m some quarters that the loan was covered 2$ times. Dealings are expected to open at a fair premium.
