FIRE NEAR WESTPORT
THREE BUILDINGS BURNT. Per Press Association. WESTPORT, July 22. A fire, which originated in Russel’s bakery, at Ngakawau, this morning, spread to McNarn Bros.’ Hotel and the Ngakawati Hall. There was no fire brigade, and everything was completely destroyed. The insurances are not available*
