APPEAL NOT YET FINISHED, The hearing of the. South Island flourmilling case, in which the Crown appeals against the judgment of Mr Justice Sun in the action heard in Dunedin in December lost, where the Crown sought tc, recover penalties ot £SOO under the Commercial Trust* Act, 1910, from >he Crown Milling Company, Ltd. (Invercargill), Otago Roller Flour and Oatmeal Company, Ltd. (Tirnaru), and Wood Bros., flourxmllers (Christchurch), and Distributors, Ltd., fiourmillers’ agents (Christchurch), which companies are respondents in the present case, was not finished in the Appeal Court yesterday, and will be continued to-day.
