CLEVER AUSTRALIAN WOMEN DUBLIN ENTHUSIASTIC. Australian and N.Z Cable Association. LONDON, July 20. Dublin newspapers enthusiastically pay a tribute to the skill of the Australian women tennis players. The “Independent’" says: “it is many years since such a polished and graceful player ps Miss Boyd has beer, seen in Ireland. Had she producec her present form at Wimbledon she would hare gone much further thni she did. Her singles victory was : triumph .for unfailing accuracy anc consummate coiirtcraft against a clevei end phenomenally speedy compatriot. In the women’s doubles Miss Boyd waa positively electrifying, at times outplaying Iter opponents single handed, Mrs Harper being handicapped by an injured wrist.” . . .. =====
