'director of the Institute of Cancer Research in Berlin, guardedly comments on Dr Gye’s discoveries. Ho insists that in some cases of animal cancer the action of parasites has proved superfluous. Tar and arsenic have produced genuine cancer. Cancer is not a uniform illness, and tumour illnesses have no uniform cause.
