A French delegation will accompany him. LYANTEY MAY RESIGN Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received July 20, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. The Exchange Agency’s Paris correspondent says that Marshal Lyautey, High Commissioner in Morocco, will in a short time resign, on the ground of ill-health, and that probably his successor will be M. Malvy.
