LABOUR party pledge LABOURERS WITHDRAW. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, July 2Q. Because' they cannot agree to sign the pledge required by the Labour Party, the Canterbury General Labourers’ Union has withdrawn all its delegates from the North Canterbury Labour Representation Committee. This decision was conveyed! in a letter received bv the committee at a meeting on Saturday night.
