GALE EXPECTED (Government Meteorologist.) Present Indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for northerly to westerly winds, increasing strong to gale southward of New Plymouth sind Napier. Weather cloudy and unsettled, with rain in the western and southern districts, and following shortly elsewhere. Barometer falling further everywhere. -
