MAGISTRATE’S COURT
POLICE CASES YESTERDAY. Before Mr C. R. Orr-Y7 a ]ker, S.M., at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday Frederick Taylor, alias Wilson, alias Arthur Thompson, a fourth offender fer drunkenness, was fined £5 in default 14 davs’ imprisonment. Following his arrest by Detective Walsh. Dennis William Quit , an engineer, aged 38, pleaded guiUy to theft ol a pair of pyjamas valued r( £T IDs 6d, the property of the D T C. Quill, who was under the influence . f liquor, was seen picking up the pyjamas and putting them under bis overcoat. He was fined £5, in default 14 days’ imprisonment.
