CHURCH TO WIDOW
WILL OVERRIDDEN. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 19 The sum of £2OO gifted to the Re organised Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints under a will was ordered by the Chief Justice to be given to Florenoe Mary Smith, widow of the testator, for maintenance. Testator and his wife had lived apart. Before he died in 1924 she. supported herself until she met with an accident, and was now in poor health In addition to the £2OO mentioned. His Honour ordered another £IOO to be paid to the widow, this, with costs, to be taken from a gift of £983 made by the testator to his children before he died.
