SOUTHERN CHAMPIONSHIP. Per Press Association. ASHBURTON, June 19. At the Winter Show the South Island championship for Utility Minorcas was won by Mrs S. H. Webb. The South Island championship for Black Orpingtons was won by Mrs E. Davidson (Christchurch), and the gold medal for the best Utility White Leghorn by Mrs E. A. Denham, of Westerfield. There were no entries for any othei variety.
