IF FRANCE MADE WAR
BOMBARDMENT OF ENGLAND. AIR ATTACKS ON LONDON. Australian and N.Z. Cahle Association. (Received March 22, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 21. The “Daily Express” correspondent in Paris says that Captain Sorb has a remarkable article in the journal “Ouesfc Eclair,” outlining what France would' do in the event of a war against England. He says that 160 submarines would starve England, and the new French nine-inch guns, with a range tf 100 miles, would bombard Portsmouth, and shell a circle of 125 miles diameter, of which London would be the centre, while hosts of aeroplanes would shatter London’s morale.
