DEVELOPMENTS IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Oopvriglit. SYDNEY, March 21. Despite the boycott of the Volum nia and its cargo by the transport unions, some of the discharged cargo was removed from the wharf and delivered to the consignees Mr Seale, president of the maritime transport group, states that there is going to be no general strike or anything of that kind so fa,r as the maritime unions are concerned. It is stated that the employees of the master carriers will be ordered to proceed to vhe Volumnia’s wharf and cart cargo. In the event of non-com-pliance each man, it is understood, will have to take the consequences. Non-unionist labour is available, and : ready to carry out such orders iii the event of unionist employees refusing. Steadily increasing developments are foreshadowed at the beginning of next week.
