LEAGUE UNION’S PROPOSAL. TO ARRIVE AT SOLUTION. Australian and N.Z. Caible Association. (Received March 22, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Match 21. The League of Nations Union passed a resolution urging the Government to summon forthwith a special committee, representing all sound opinion in Britain and the dominions, to examine the Geneva Protocol and any other proposals aiming at arbitration, security, and disarmament.
