THE IMPERIAL INSTITUTE. DOMINION TO PAY £BOOO. Australian and N.Z. Cable Ajeociation. - (Received March I.- 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 28. . The text has been published of a bill .transferring the Imperial Institute to the control of the Overseas Trade Department. in accordance with the decision of the Imperial Conference of 1923. Each Dominion, for a period of five years, provides £BOO0■ annually for the upkeep of the institute, and has one representative on the board. 1 • The duties of the institute include the giving of advice on the development of the Eippire’e raw material resources. and the conduct of laboratory reseaich thereon.
