THE LABOUR GAMPAIGN candidates chosen for city AND SUBURBAN SEATS. ONLY ONE BALLOT TO BE TAKEN, The following Labour candidates have been selected to contest the Wellington City and suburban seats at the next Parliamentary general election : Wellington Central: Mr P. Fraser. M.P. Wellington East: Mr A. L. Monteith, M.P. Wellington South: Mr R McKeen, M.P. Wellington North: Mr H. E. Combs. No ballot was necessary for the city seats, the above-named candidates being the only names put forward. The following candidates have been put forward for ' the suburban seats: Messrs T. Brindle, W. Bromley, C. H. Chapman, and A. W. Croskery. TIBERAT,~ CANDIDATE FOR THAMES. Per Pres, Association. ’ THAMES, tFebruary 28. Mr W. E. Gladstone Willy, J.P.. a farmer, of Hauraki Plains, announces that he will contest the Thames seat in the Liberal interest at the election. He « a member of the Thames Vallev Power Board, and was one of the founders of tbe Hauraki Plains County and the two drainage boards.
