EXPERT OF HONEY
BOARD TO ASSUME LIMITED CONTROL.
The Honey Export Control Board has been meeting in Wellington during the. past two days transacting buainesii connected with the inauguration of the hoard. There were prd aent: Messrs J. Rentoul (Auckland), R. Gibb (Southland), and T. B. Clark, Government representative. Mr Rentoul was elected chairman. It was decided that the board should assume limited oontrol over honey export, and that all l.onsy exoorted' to the United Kingdom and the Continent should go through" one selling agent in, London. It was also decided to levy’ one-six-teenth of a penny pet- pound for honey exported \o defrav tbe administrative expenses of the hoard.
