SHANGHAI STRIKE
SETTLEMENT REPORTED. Router’s Telegram. TOKIO, February 26. The Japanese mill strike at Shanghai has been settled. Over 30,000 workers were involved in the strike, involving six Japanese cotton mills controlling 22 factories. The trouble started at the end of January, there being several riots during the period the workers were out, the police on several occasions being required to restate order,
