An instance of practical publicity on behalf of the dairy industry is represented by a handsome three-colour illustrated folder issued by a New Zealand dairy company for distribution at its stall at the iVembley Exhibition, London. The effective cover on which the “Golden Cow" takes a prominent part, hears the lines: “From beneath the Southern Cross come Now Zealand Milk Products. the World’s Best;” while the interior folds bear a commendably brief ana pointed introduction to the dairy position, supported by sound data relative to tho nutritive value of milk products. Three-colour illustrations of the six main milk products of New Zealand are nicely displayed and supported by appropriate letter press, while on the reverse side are presented 11 selected photographs illustrating vanout aspects of the daily industry. An appeal to Empire sentiment is made in the well-displayed shg n. “ISvild the Empire’s strength hy using Milk Products from the Empire's dairy farm.; New Zealand.” 'the first edition of tho folder ran to a gua.ter of a millie*.
