Mr Hyde's scheme provides, that the world he- divided into- areas* and the League- of Nations would decide what nations would partake in. a. conflict, and to. what extent. In the. event, of war,, the nations in all the areas would; be: considered at war with; th© aggressor. The League to be divided into three groups, full l members accepting military- and economic responsibilities, conditional members not accepting military sanctions, and the friendly group not accepting, sanctions or economic responsibilities, but helping the League hi all' other wpya.
