OBJECTION TO TRIPLE RATES. Reuter’s Telegram. LONDON, July 3. The Congress of Empire Chambers of Commerce adopted a resolution ot Sir Edgar Holberton (Bengal) urging the abolition of the triple rate for urgent cables. The mover contended that business men only used urgent rates because they knew their rivals would.
