CANADA AND BELGIUM. Australian, .and -<N.2.> Cable -Association. ~ - OTTAWA; July 4. A treaty extending most-favoured nation treatment, between Canada and Belgium, has been signed here. TUa is the first treaty entered into by the Canadian Government and signed In Canada.
Full powers from King Georgs to sign the treaty on behalf of Canada were received a few days ago by the Muusten concerned.
