URGENT QUESTION IN PERSIA. STRIFE IN PARLIAMENT. Banter”. Ttlwrrid. TEHERAN, March 21. An anti-Republican crowd, headed by the Aga Weraal, entered the Mejliaa (Parliament) despite police efforts. They polled down flags and flagstaffs, and beat the Republican speakers. The police were eventually reinforced and restored order. Tadayon, the Republican leader, put the following proposals to the Mejliss for urgent decision, in view of the fact, that telegrams were pouring in from the countryside demanding a change of regime, otherwise threatening di» turbanoes: (1) A change of regime; (2) revision of the constitutional laws according to the new regime; and (3) a pnblio proclamation of the result in y the Mejliss The question mill be discussed at the next session, which opens to-morrow.
