REORGANISATION PENDING.
Sec tar'a Telegram. PARIS, March 19. The Bill for the reorganisation of the Army, introduced into the Chamber, provides for an active army of 32 divisions in addition to special troops, which are divided into sixteen army corps. Ten disvisions would be stationed] in the Rhineland.
