BANKRUPT BUILDER
BROUGHT BACK FROM MELBOURNE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND. March 20. George Morris, a bankrupt builder and contractor, who was arrested in Melbourne in January last, was committed for trial to-day on a charge of leaving New Zealand with £2O thatshould have been divided amonlg his creditors. It was stated that the defalcations amounted to £5289. Bail was allowed, accused in £SOO and five sureties of £IOO each.
