SCHOOL LIBRARY BOORS. SYSTEM RAPIDLY EXTENDING-* Thai the provision for lending cut hooka from the public libraries to the schools of the city and surrounding districts, is proving a popular one, is evidenced by the reports laid before the Cfity Council last night.
