MOSCOW HOUSE SHORTAGE. TROTSKY’S MEN GO. (Sydney “Sun” Cable.) RIGA, January 25. The Soviet Government is expelling 290,000 from Moscow owing to tho housing shortage, especially Trotsky’s adherents. Merchants who Teoently returned to Moscow under Lenin’s new economic policy are being expelled, and the Communists are taking over their houses. Some merchants bribed Communists with £IOO for the use of a single room.
