CLAIM FOR DAMAGES FAILS. “TWO FACTIONS ON DIRECTORATE.” Ber Press Association. PAHIATUA, December 17. Mark Harseni sued the North Tiraumea Dairy Company in respect to a claim for £149 arising out of plaintiff’s dismissal. The magistrate, Mr Free, gave a verdict for the defendant company with £22 coste. Plaintiff was, for nine years, manager of the company’s factory, and the magistiate observed that there were two factions «n the directorate, on© being for the Government and the other for the opposition. Plaintiff’s acts showed that his sympathies were with the opposition.
