DIVORCE COURT
PETITION DISMISSED. Judgment was given in the Supremo Court yesterday by His Honour, Mr Justice Salmona, in the case in which Annie Beatrice Quealey sought a dissolution of her marriage from Luke Joseph Quealey on the ground of alleged desertion. In delivering judgment, His Honour said the case had been adjourned for the purpose of allowing further evidence in support of the petition to be called, hut the petitioner now stated that no further evidence was available, and the petition would be dismissed accordingly.
