Licensed to retain a .32 Colt revolver which he had used throughout the war, Norrie Griffin Pigeon was charged that he failed to notify the police when changing his address to Westport. The Ashburton police sergeant said this was his second case under the recent Act of allowing returned soldiers to retain their war weapons. Both cases wore hank clerks.
