SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE SEIZED. JOSEPH ENGLE ARRESTED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received November 22, 11.55 p.m) NEW YORK, November 21. A message from less Angelos states that Prohibition officers seized an express package from New York marked “Cinema FiTins, with Care,” addressed to Joseph Engle, -vice-president of the Metro Pictures Corporation. Engle has been arrested.
