AMERICA KEEPS FAITH. FIVE MORE FOR SALE. (Sydney "Sun" Cable.) (Received October 3d. 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 29. In accordance with the Washington Treaty, five more battleships aro to be put up for auction this week. Jhey are the Now Hampshire, the Louisiana, the Georgia, the Rhode Island, and the Connecticut. The six vessels sold last week never left the launching-waye.
