ALLEGED ASSAULT ON MALE. “AN EXTREMELY BAD CASE.” “The evidence here is very clear, and this is an extremely had case,” declared Sub-Inspector Cummings at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, -when a young man. James Frederiok Foster, was charged before Air E. Page, S.M., with indecently assaulting a male. Tho police had applied for a week’s remand, and an application lor bail on behalf of accused by Mr W. E. Leicester called' this statement from the suibinspector, who observed that Foster had actually admitted that tho statement of the boy was correct. The remand for 0110 week was granted, the magistrate refusing the application for bail.
