(Received October 29, 9.25 p m.) WASHINGTON, October 28. The super-dreadnought West Florida will be commissioned on December Ist. It is the most modern vessel of the United Navy, and the capital snip with an electric drive. The vessel carries eight. 16-inch, 14 5-inch, and four 3-inch guns, besides anti-air-craft guns and two underwater 21-inch torpedo tubes. Her tonnage is 32,600 Bhe is an oil-burner.
